McQuay, originating from an American brand, is one of the earliest manufacturers in the world to achieve mass production of magnetic levitation centrifugal compressors. In 1993, it launched magnetic levitation technology research and development, and in 2003, completed the first generation model landing and mass production. The entire series of magnetic levitation centrifugal compressors relies on active electromagnetic suspension bearings+permanent magnet synchronous direct drive variable frequency core technology, abandoning traditional mechanical ball bearings and lubricating oil supply systems. The full range is compatible with R134a and low GWP environmentally friendly HFO new refrigerants, and is divided into four product lines: water-cooled single-stage, water-cooled two-stage, air-cooled integrated, and modular compact. It is widely used in commercial central air conditioning, data center liquid cooling, large commercial complexes, hospitals, rail transit, industrial process cooling, and high-temperature heat pump systems. The compressor operates oil-free and has no mechanical friction loss, with energy efficiency better than conventional screw and traditional centrifugal compressors. The whole machine has passed AHRI, CE, and national standard first level energy efficiency certification, and is compatible with both water-cooled and air-cooled system architectures.
